This post was started many weeks ago and has been a work in progress since.
Maybe it’s because I’ve gotten more sleep in the last few days then I have in the last few weeks. Maybe it’s because I’ve just discovered some great Instagram feeds that have me all inspired and feeling creative. Maybe it’s because I have this sneaking hunch that change is right around the corner and I want it to be something amazing. Maybe it’s because Continue reading “Late Night Notes // Life of a Night Owl”
The first thing you need to know about my most recent trip to Austria: I kind of fell in love. This country is rich with history and filled with beautiful architecture. I loved the city and I loved the mountains. There is so much to see and learn and experience. Also, there is much too much to try to Continue reading “Through the Lens: Vienna, Austria”
I love new adventures and staying in new places and learning new ways of doing things. But there is a certain bit of joy that comes from the comfort and familiarity of one’s own home. I was grateful for a beautiful morning with plenty of blue skies and sunshine to take in this iconic piece of history.

Day one in Madrid is a bit of a hazy, jet legged memory. We touched down in Madrid at 8:00 AM which meant we hit the ground running. We went all over Madrid and ate delicious food and laughed and it was beautiful. I’ll be doing a few posts with pictures and bits about day one.
The very first place we went was the Crystal Palace Continue reading “Through the Lens: Bedouin Tents in the Crystal Palace”
