This post was started many weeks ago and has been a work in progress since.
Maybe it’s because I’ve gotten more sleep in the last few days then I have in the last few weeks. Maybe it’s because I’ve just discovered some great Instagram feeds that have me all inspired and feeling creative. Maybe it’s because I have this sneaking hunch that change is right around the corner and I want it to be something amazing. Maybe it’s because Continue reading “Late Night Notes // Life of a Night Owl”
The first thing you need to know about my most recent trip to Austria: I kind of fell in love. This country is rich with history and filled with beautiful architecture. I loved the city and I loved the mountains. There is so much to see and learn and experience. Also, there is much too much to try to Continue reading “Through the Lens: Vienna, Austria”
I love new adventures and staying in new places and learning new ways of doing things. But there is a certain bit of joy that comes from the comfort and familiarity of one’s own home. At the beginning of the year, like a lot of other people, I had a few goals for 2015. Taking a look back at these, some went pretty well, a few I pushed to complete, and a couple, I just forget about. Which I don’t like, but hope to learn from that and move forward into this next year. Above all, looking back, I am grateful for the experiences and the challenges. And I’m not too worried about the things I didn’t do, because so many amazing things did happen. Continue reading “2015 Resolutions: The Reckoning”
