I mean it when I say, this could not come at a better time. I put in days like this because I believe it helps to make this a more realistic lifestyle then just a 30 day phase. Days like this and also the meditating days (see day 7 and day 14) really help for processing and appreciating the simplicity and benefits of this way of living. Bonus: Tuesday’s are always crazy for me, so making myself take 20 minutes is really nice.
